Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and QS firms.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, competitors, and key market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits, calls, and networking.
- Prepare and support quotations, proposals, BOQ pricing, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Construction, Finance, HR, and Accounting teams to gather pricing, drawings, documents, and other required information.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to drive successful deal closures and achieve sales targets.
- Track and manage sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, and closing status using reports and CRM tools.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales progress, leads, client visits, and closing status.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities on behalf of the company.
- Support the BD Manager in developing commercial strategies, sales plans, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with main contractors, developers, QS, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to obtain project information and requirements.
- Submit proposals, coordinate approvals, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process from business development and tender submission to project award and execution.
- Support project delivery, invoicing, manpower planning, and other activities required to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
- Have over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing. Experienced in managing a team for more than 4 years.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of the construction business and/or the development project lifecycle.
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
