Responsibilities
- Collect data and input construction cost information and budgets into the Cloudia cost control system for each construction department.
- Coordinate with project cost control engineers and other related departments to follow up on and verify the accuracy of various documents.
- Monitor and review the preparation of Cost Reports to support construction departments in controlling construction costs, in coordination with construction managers of each project/site.
- Record and track the submission of Cost Reports, project payment status, VO (Variation Order) status, and additional/reduced work budgets.
- Record and follow up on the submission of contractor progress claim documents and contractor performance guarantees received from construction projects for management approval, and ensure timely submission to the Accounting and Finance Department.
- Verify the completeness of subcontractor and main contractor engagement documents, and follow up to ensure all required documents are properly submitted.
- Check the accuracy of cash reports and related documents to ensure that the Accounting Department can correctly record project costs.
Qualifications
- Male Female, Age not over 40 Years old
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction cost and expense control.
- Experience in preparing quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations.
- Knowledge of price comparison and cost estimation tables.
- Knowledge of preparing and assigning cost codes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in using the Cloudia system or AutoCAD would be an advantage
- Good Command of English
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
