Responsibilities
- Responsible for construction project planning.
- Update construction report to supervisor.
- Control construction work is done according to plan.
- Control budget following plan.
- Analysis cost and good forecasting of budget control in order to support other sections.
- Develop and improve the construction process and good quality checking.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged 25–35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Holds a valid Professional Engineering License (Associate Engineer level or above).
- Able to read, analyze, and review architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off, material estimation, and construction quantity calculations.
- Good understanding of engineering standards, building control regulations, and construction-related codes and requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks.
- Able to supervise and control construction work to ensure compliance with the project schedule.
- Knowledge of construction quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA), as well as workplace safety management.
- Able to review and coordinate Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings with the design team and subcontractors.
