Responsibilities
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including reviewing and verifying financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards, Revenue Department regulations, and applicable laws.

Perform construction cost accounting closing activities, including:
- Construction revenue
- Adjusting journal entries
- Reviewing General Ledger (GL) accounts
- Prepare the Trial Balance, review asset accounts, and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Control and monitor petty cash disbursements.
- Review withholding tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) and ensure timely submission of tax payments to the Revenue Department.
- Review tax-related documents and tax returns to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in accordance with the Revenue Code.
- Review and verify accounting documents, including receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Record payment transactions in the banking system.
Qualifications
- Male/ Female, Age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting Field
- At least 8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Accounting, Banking, or Auditing.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Construction Business
- Have good knowledge about tax laws.
- Have a good attitude Have good human relations and be honest
- Have leadership qualities Have experience in team management.
- Have the ability to use ready-made accounting programs.
- Good Command in English
