Responsibilities
- Assist the Unit Manager in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales reports.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and follow-up actions with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the team.
- Assist in managing client communications and fostering strong relationships.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the Business Development team’s operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or administration, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and project documentation in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of local construction market and stakeholders.
- Language proficiency: English (Must)
