Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, month-end and year-end closing, and accurate financial reporting in compliance with TFRS. Handles financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, tax filings (VAT, PND.51, PND.50), BOI-related accounting, and cash flow management. Also supports internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to optimize working capital.
- Ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
- Full Cycle Accounting: Overseeing the entire accounting process from data entry to the Month-end and Year-end closing.
- Analyze financial statements and accounting reports.
- Perform and manage the closing of full set accounts (monthly, quarterly, and annually) accurately and on time.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports in compliance.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and file all monthly tax returns, ensuring accurate VAT (PP.30) and Withholding Tax submissions.
- Tax Compliance (VAT & CIT).
- Lead the preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax returns, specifically PND.51 (Mid-year) and PND.50 (Annual).
- Liaise with the Revenue Department on tax-related matters.
- Manage accounting and documentation for BOI-promoted projects.
- Ensure compliance with BOI regulations, including the separation of BOI and Non-BOI income/expenses.
- Prepare and Manage and monitor daily Cash Flow and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual cash flow and forecasts to provide insights to management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Experience in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Leadership skills with ability to supervise and develop team members.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Accounting software such as Oracle system.
- Good command of English (TOEIC score 500 or above)
