Improve machinery to enhance safety
Improve machinery to produce quality products
Improve and increase production process efficiency
Prepare for the improvement of existing machinery
Support safety and environmental initiatives
Report work performance and propose solutions to any issues (if any)

Qualifications

Age 23 - 26 Years
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
Minimum GPA of 2.5
1–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, automation, or project engineering
Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Time management and multitasking ability
