Employee Relation Officer - JTEKT Automotive (Thailand) Co,Ltd.

1.1 Employee Relations• Foster positive relations between employees and the company to ensure a harmonious working environment.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors regarding work behavior, discipline, and employee concerns.
• Conduct and support disciplinary investigations, fact-finding interviews, and prepare investigation reports.
• Ensure disciplinary actions and employee handling are aligned with company policies and labor laws.


1.2 Communication & Consultation with Union.
• Coordinate with the Welfare Committee and Union.
• Support preparation of data for negotiations with labor unions (if applicable).


1.3 Labor Law Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure the company complies with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and update company rules, regulations, and announcements.
• Prepare and submit mandatory labor-related reports to government authorities.


1.4 Internal Communication & Engagement
• Develop communication channels that effectively bridge the company and employees.
• Support and coordinate employee engagement programs and employee activities.
• Analyze ER-related data and propose preventive measures for reducing employee issues and conflicts.
