Responsibilities

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Plan, develop, implement, manage & monitor the overall recruitment process
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
- Create & seek for candidate source
- Screen & review application for shortlisting
- Control and monitor the probationary period
- Preparing and applying for teaching license/teaching permit for Thai teacher with Kurusapa
- Appointment and removal thai teacher

2. Payroll
- Implement, manage & monitor overall Com & Ben process
- Proceed payroll on time and ensure accurate cost allocations.
- General enquiries and inquiry of Com & Ben resolution.
- Filing and recording all the relevant data

3. Man Power
- Plan, develop, implement, manage & monitor overall manpower process
- Gather, analyze the data for the proper number of headcounts

4. HRIS
- Oversee Create reports, status such as Payroll Tax, PAYG, Workers compensation etc.
- Filing and recording all the relevant data
- Administer payroll programs to ensure all payroll, benefits and taxes consistent with concerning laws.
- Ensure payroll systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base.
- Maintain records and filing system for payroll matters in a confidential manner.

5.Plan develop, implement, manage & monitor overall Promotion & Rotation process

6.Create, develop, review visa, work permit & government process

7. Training and Development
- Plan, develop, implement, manage & monitor overall training process
- Conduct training need survey and analyze training need and request
- Make & seek for training sources
- Support & coordinate for training
- Filling and recording all the relevant data
- Withdrawal for training budget both internal and external training.
- Prepare training reimbursement agreement for staff

8. HR Policy
- Plan, develop, implement, manage & monitor overall HR policy process
- Conduct the investigation of the Employee cases or conflicts
- Proceed corrective, penalty action of HR policy

9. Internal Communications
- Lead in developing the concept, messaging, and theme
- Provide writing and editing support for employee communication
- Ensure of communications channels in place are implemented, used and improved

10.Plan, develop, implement, manage & monitor Budget

11.General Affairs
- Process and manage staff welfare such as insurance claims, Security claims, Medical claim for Teacher Fund etc.
- Prepare the staff children scholarship
- Reimburse flight ticket
- Company activity such as staff party, Annual Trip

12.Other assignments as commanded by supervisor and School’s management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or a related role.
  • Experience in visa, work permit, or expatriate employee support will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Thai labour laws and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in an international school or multicultural environment will be an advantage.
