Responsibilities
- ตรวจเช็คสินค้า
- แก้ไขหรือซ่อมสินค้า
- เปิดเคลมสินค้ากับ Vender (ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ)
- ทำเรื่องส่งเคลมสินค้า
- ติดต่อลูกค้า (อธิบาย ขอข้อมูลสินค้าเสีย)
- ทำผลเทสสินค้าส่งทางemail
- แกะหรือถอดประกอบเปลี่ยนอะไหล่สินค้า
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขา ไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสนใจด้าน IT Support, Network, และระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (IP Camera)
- สามารถ ติดตั้ง Windows, ถอดประกอบคอมพิวเตอร์ และตั้งค่า IP Camera ได้
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน การใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel และ Email
- สามารถใช้ ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่ออ่าน, เขียน และตอบอีเมลได้
- หากเคย ตั้งค่า NAS หรือ IP Camera จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
