Responsibilities
To perform multiple duties including front‑of‑house, access control, monitoring and SOC support as assigned at the Data Center area which located in Rama 9, and Chonburi.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Act as the central coordination point for incidents by dispatching officers, providing clear instructions, and maintaining effective communication.
• Acknowledge, assess, and respond to alarms in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring timely escalation where required.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuation, lockdown, and incident management.

• Verify and monitor access activities remotely (CCTV), ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Observe and report suspicious behaviour, security risks, and system irregularities promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of alarms, incidents, communications, and system status.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports in line with company and client requirements.
• Ensure all monitoring systems are functioning correctly and report any faults immediately.
Qualifications
• Welcome fred graduated, with training provided.
• Previous security experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using access control, and alarm monitoring systems.
• Basic computer skills for systems operation and reporting.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, ability to follow procedure and work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills both Thai local language and English.
• Professional attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work as a shift (7 to 7).
