Security Front Desk/Monitoring (Welcome new grad with English skills)/ BKK or Chonburi - Securitas Security Guard (Thailand) Ltd.

To perform multiple duties including access control, patrols, reception/front‑of‑house, and SOC support as assigned at the Data Center area.

This includes but is not limited to:

Access Control & Reception

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect security breaches, safety risks, and abnormal activities.

• Acknowledge, assess, and respond to alarms in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring timely escalation where required.

• Act as the central coordination point for incidents by dispatching officers, providing clear instructions, and maintaining effective communication.

• Support emergency response activities, including evacuation, lockdown, and incident management.

• Verify and monitor access activities remotely, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.

• Observe and report suspicious behaviour, security risks, and system irregularities promptly.

• Monitor patrol activities and support field officers through real-time surveillance and coordination.

• Oversee loading bay and vehicle movements via CCTV, ensuring compliance with security procedures for goods and asset control.

• Maintain accurate logs of alarms, incidents, communications, and system status.

• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports in line with company and client requirements.

• Ensure all monitoring systems are functioning correctly and report any faults immediately.
