Responsibilities
- รับแจ้งเหตุและประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยในฐานะศูนย์กลางการสื่อสาร
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามเหตุการณ์ผ่านระบบ CCTV, Access Control และ Alarm
- ประเมินสถานการณ์และประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องตามขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน (SOP)
- บันทึกเหตุการณ์ การแจ้งเตือน และการปฏิบัติงานอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- จัดทำ Incident Report และรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติหรือเหตุการณ์ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยง และรายงานผู้เกี่ยวข้องทันที
- สนับสนุนการจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น การอพยพ (Evacuation), การล็อกดาวน์ (Lockdown) และการบริหารจัดการเหตุการณ์ (Incident Management)
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบ Monitoring และแจ้งปัญหาเมื่อพบความผิดปกติ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช / ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ Monitoring
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีไหวพริบ และความสามารถในการสังเกตการณ์
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน (SOP) ได้อย่างเคร่งครัด
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับใช้งานได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและตามตารางการทำงาน 6 วัน หยุด 1 วันได้
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Security, Control Room หรือ Operations จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
