คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน:
1. เพศอะไรก็ได้ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการโรงแรม คหกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์การบริหารร้านกาแฟระดับผู้จัดการหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
4. มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
5. หากมีประสบการณ์นอาคารสำนักงานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6. มีความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับเมล็ดกาแฟ การสกัดกาแฟ และการใช้อุปกรณ์ระดับมืออาชีพ
7. มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการคน เวลา และต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
8. มีทักษะในการตัดสินใจและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีเยี่ยม
9. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและระบบ POS ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ง
10. มีความเป็นผู้นำและสามารถเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับพนักงาน
