• การย้ายคณะและสาขาวิชา, บันทึกวิชาเทียบเท่า
• ตรวจสอบเกรด ในกรณีที่นักศึกษายื่นคำร้อง
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการลงทะเบียนเรียน (ไม่ผ่านพื้นความรู้)
• จัดทำ Degree plan ขึ้น Website
• จัดทำ Transcript / ใบรับรองส่งไปรษณีย์
• ตรวจสอบการสำเร็จการศึกษา
• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัวของนักศึกษา เช่น ชื่อ-สกุล หรือข้อมูลอื่นๆ
• ร่วมปฎิบัติงานบริการเคาน์เตอร์
• ร่วมปฎิบัติงานลงทะเบียนเรียน
• ร่วมปฎิบัติงานจัดส่งหลักฐานสำเร็จการศึกษาทางไปรษณีย์
• ร่วมปฎิบัติงานซ้อมรับปริญญาบัตร และงานวันพิธีปริญญาบัตร
• ร่วมปฎิบัติงานตรวจสอบแฟ้มประวัตินักศึกษา, คัดแยกเอกสารสำคัญในแฟ้มประวัติ, คัดสำเนาวุฒิการศึกษาเพื่อส่งตรวจเพิ่มเติม

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี 
• มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ด้านงานทะเบียน งานบริการลูกค้า หรืองานเอกสาร 
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานทะเบียนในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน Microsoft office ในระดับดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
• มี Service mind
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
• มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้

Bangkok University is one of the oldest and most famous private universities in Thailand under the patronage of the Bangkok University Foundation.
