Responsibilities

1. นำเสนอและแนะนำสินค้าโดยเน้นการสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดี และตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า กลุ่มสินค้า Luxury

2. ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานและตอบคำถาม และแก้ไขข้อสงสัยของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลติภัณฑ์อย่างมืออาชีพ

3. วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระบวนการขาย ตั้งแต่การหาลูกค้าใหม่การนำเสนอสินค้า การเจรจาต่อรอง ไปจนถึงการปิดการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย

4. สร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งดูแลความพึงพอใจและสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้วยการบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม

5. ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น แผนกจัดส่ง และบริการหลังการขาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าได้รับบริการที่ทีคุณภาพสูงสุด

Qualifications

1. ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
2. อายุระหว่าง 22 - 35 ปี
3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน การขายที่ดี
4. Professional Appearance and Etiquette มีบุคลิกภาพดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี

5. มี Service Mind และสามารถสื่อสารได้ดีทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ

6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Offices ได้ดี
7. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขาย, ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรืองานบริการ

8. มีสุขภาพแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์และสามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องเดินหรือยืนเป็นเวลานานได้

9. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/ สัปดาห์ ได้
