Responsibilities

1. วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต คุณภาพ และเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

2. วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน และลดความสูญเสียในการผลิต

3. ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการผลิต เช่น Productivity, Yield, OEE, Downtime และ Scrap เป็นต้น

4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง ฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต เป็นต้น

5. ควบคุมและติดตามการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท

6. รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานหรือสถานะการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา

7. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยสะสม (G.P.A.) 2.70 ขึ้นไป

มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี มีผลคะแนน TOEIC 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป (หากมี) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอผลงาน และการประสานงานที่ดี

มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ

มีบุคลิกภาพดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี

มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และมีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม

มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง พร้อมเปิดรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่

มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิต เครื่องจักร และการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office และโปรแกรม AutoCAD, SolidWorks หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำโรงงานที่สระบุรีได้ และสามารถเดินทางไปต่างพื้นที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
