Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for SAP end-users across modules (SD, FI, HR, BI)
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, errors, and user inquiries
- Act as a key coordinator between business users and SAP technical teams
- Monitor and manage incident tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and documentation
- Support user training to ensure effective system usage and reduce errors
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvement or preventive solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Have experience in SAP (SD / FI / HR or related modules)
- Understanding of business processes (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with users and technical teams
- Ability to create documentation and conduct user training
- Basic ABAP knowledge (debugging / code reading)
- Automation mindset to reduce manual work
- Good cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- SAP certification is a plus
