Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด (SLA) กลุ่มสินค้าที่ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายโดยบริษัท (วัสดุตกแต่งพื้นผิว ผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในห้องน้ำ ประตูหน้าต่าง ฯลฯ)
- จัดสัมมนา/สาธิต แนะนำการติดตั้งลูกค้าโครงการ ลูกค้าทั่วไป ทุกกลุ่มสินค้าและช่องทางการขาย
- สนับสนุนการขายสินค้าเชิงเทคนิค อื่นๆ เช่น กระเบื้องเซรามิค กระเบื้องยางSPC กาวซิเมนต์ ตัวปรับระดับ สุขภัณฑ์ ก๊อกน้ำ และอื่นๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาในระดับ ปวส. สาขา ก่อสร้าง / โยธา หรือสาขาช่างที่ใกล้เคียง
- เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม มากกว่า 2.50 ขึ้นไป
- สามารถอ่าน/เขียน แบบก่อสร้างได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานงานก่อสร้าง ระบบงานก่อสร้าง ขั้นตอนและการควบคุมงาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มี Service Mind
- อดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office การใช้ Email หรือนำ AI มาช่วยงาน
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
