Responsibilities
- เยี่ยมลูกค้า เสนอสินค้าและวางสเปครวมถึงเทียบเสปคสินค้า และปิดการขาย
- สร้างการรับรู้ และผลักดันสินค้า NG
- ติดตามโครงการที่วางสเปคสินค้า จนสั่งซื้อสินค้าจริง โดยประสานงานกับทีมที่ดูแลผู้รับเหมาและเจ้าของโครงการ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Lead to Sales, Win Rate
- ติดตาม Trend สินค้า, Design และข้อมูลคู่แข่ง
- ติดตามและตอบรับ Feedback จากลูกค้า A&D เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและสมาคมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ASA, TIDA,ASASA
- หาลูกค้าใหม่ สร้างโอกาสการขายใหม่
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา สถาปัตยกรรม, ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม มากกว่า 2.50 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงาน Specification Sales, Project Sales หรือ Business Development สินค้ากระเบื้องเซรามิก, หินแท้/หินสังเคราะห์, สุขภัณฑ์ หรือวัสดุตกแต่งสถาปัตยกรรม
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขาย หรืองานบริการ ด้านวัสดุก่อสร้างจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน/ สัปดาห์
