Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามงบประมาณโครงการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ Bill of Quantity (BOQ), ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation), Cost Sheet และประมาณการต้นทุนโครงการ
- ควบคุมต้นทุนวัสดุ ค่าแรง ผู้รับเหมา ค่าขนส่ง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนตามงบประมาณ (Budget Cost) กับต้นทุนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง (Actual Cost) พร้อมวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- ติดตามความเสี่ยงด้านต้นทุน และแจ้งเตือนเมื่อโครงการมีแนวโน้มใช้งบประมาณเกิน
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารจัดซื้อ การจ้างผู้รับเหมา และค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของโครงการ
- ควบคุมและประเมินผลกระทบของ Change Order และ Variation Order ที่มีต่อต้นทุนและกำไรของโครงการ
- จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนและสรุปสถานะโครงการสำหรับผู้บริหารเป็นรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
- บริหารจัดการและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีม Cost Control เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการทำงาน
- ประสานงานกับ Designer, Project Manager, Procurement, Accounting, Supplier และ Contractor ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์และเสนอแนวทางลดต้นทุน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากร และรักษากำไรเป้าหมาย (Target Cost)
- พัฒนาและดูแลฐานข้อมูลราคาวัสดุ ค่าแรง และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนโครงการ
- เจรจาต่อรองราคากับ Supplier และร่วมคัดเลือกผู้รับเหมาหรือคู่ค้าที่มีคุณภาพ
- ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ พร้อมรูปแบบการทำงานแบบ Hybrid Working และ Flexible Time
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, สถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Cost Control, Project Cost, Costing, Quantity Surveyor หรือ Project Management อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในหลักการ BOQ, Material Cost, Labor Cost, Contractor Cost และ Project Budget
- ความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ในระดับดี
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและเปรียบเทียบงบประมาณ (Budget) กับค่าใช้จ่ายจริง (Actual Cost)
- ประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Interior Design, Construction, Fit-out หรืองานตกแต่งภายใน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
