Responsibilities
• สรรหาโอกาสทางการขายใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำเสนอขาย Software และ IT Solution
• บริหารยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าการขายที่ได้รับ
• นำเสนอการขายให้กับทางภาครัฐและเอกชนได้ สามารถติดต่อขอเข้าไปนำเสนอสินค้าได้ด้วยตนเอง
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลการขายสินค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องได้มาตรฐาน
• สามารถติดต่อเพื่อซื้อสินค้า หรือขอรายละเอียดสินค้ากับทางผู้ขายทั้งในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ
• สร้างสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าเก่าและใหม่
• สามารถให้คำแนะนำพร้อมคำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการหลังการขาย
• ประสานงาน ลูกค้า/ฝ่ายขาย จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆ พิมพ์เอกสารประกวดราคาและอื่นๆ
• แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้าหลังการขาย หรือช่วยประสานงานเพื่อแก้ปัญหาของลูกค้าให้ลุล่วงแล้วเสร็จเป็นที่เรียบร้อย
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายและงานบริการมากกว่า 3 ปี โดยเฉพาะด้านซอฟต์แวร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร, การสร้างความสัมพันธ์, และการต่อรองที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานแบบอิสระและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมได้ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เร่งรีบได้
• มีความสามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการเขียนและการพูดได้ดี
• มีความสนใจด้านเทคโนโลยีและกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์โซลูชัน
• ขยัน มีระเบียบ เรียนรู้เร็ว มีความกระตือรือร้น
• สามารถใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และใช้ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office อย่าง Word, Excel
• สามารถทํางานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
