Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development initiatives across international markets, including CLMV countries.
- Conduct market surveys and assess potential to identify opportunities for international sales growth.
- Plan and coordinate sales strategies and activities for assigned product groups and customer segments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with major clients and prospects through regular visits and engagement with the team.
- Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide quotations and relevant product information to customers.
- Monitor customer stock levels and manage export sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically within building or construction materials
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
