Responsibilities
- จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- จัดหาและบริหารจัดการแหล่งเงินทุนที่เหมาะสม
- ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานสรุปงบประมาณประจำปี
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารสรุปการจ่ายที่ดำเนินการผ่านระบบ Cash Management
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเช็คนำฝากธนาคาร
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรับ-ส่งเอกสาร
- ควบคุมดูแลและบริหารจัดการส่วนงานทางการเงิน
- ตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บเอกสารตามระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001 พร้อมทั้งสื่อสารให้หน่วยงานวางแผนและบริหารการเงินรับทราบและปฏิบัติตาม
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงินอย่างน้อย 7 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับปานกลาง (ฟัง, อ่าน, พูด, เขียน)
- ความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
