Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal audit plans and programs to ensure effective business operations.
- Evaluate overall internal controls, identify best practices, and recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Report internal control weaknesses and the progress of corrective actions to management and the Audit Committee.
- Manage internal audit records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to facilitate summary reporting and follow-up on identified improvements.
- Oversee internal control systems and audit programs, supporting the identification of new internal audit policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and functions to identify business risk areas and provide internal audit advice and recommendations.
- Participate in and provide support for analytical reviews to enhance business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of risk-based audit methodologies and internal controls.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and execute concurrent projects effectively.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, along with computer literacy.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong planning, critical thinking, analytical, and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Experience in risk management or business process improvement is a plus.
