Responsibilities
This role focuses on facilitate effective communication between Japanese management and local teams by providing high-quality interpretation and translation services, coordinating executive meetings and management documentation, leading internal communication initiatives, and supporting HR and General Affairs operations to ensure efficient business execution and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and translation support for management meetings, business discussions, company communications, and business documents to ensure accurate and effective communication between Japanese management and local teams.
Coordinate management meetings and appointments, including Scrum Meetings, Monthly Management Meetings, and other executive meetings, ensuring effective scheduling and logistics.
Develop and manage internal communication through DSG Pulse, videos, announcements, and other communication materials to strengthen employee engagement and organizational alignment.
Manage and coordinate management approval documents submitted from SIL/SC, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely approval.
Coordinate the Annual General Meeting (AGM) by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure all preparations are completed effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide HR and General Affairs (GA) operational support as assigned, ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timeframe..
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any relating field.
- At least 3-5 years in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector
- Japanese language skill = JLPT N2 - N1
- Business communication and interpretation/translation principles.
- Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and flexibility
- Service-oriented and detail-focused mindset
