Responsibilities
- Maintain existing sales with current customers.
- Develop new projects and business opportunities by promoting products to customers and investigating new potential markets.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding price quotations, sample requests, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and payment and shipment terms.
- Prepare detailed market surveys to inform the company of market evolution in terms of product types, volume, price, and competition.
- Support business transfers by obtaining sales forecasts and transfer schedules from customers.
- Visit customers to follow up on product availability and needs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with pigments, polymers, and additive raw materials.
- Prior experience in the rubber, plastic, polymer, or pigment industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
