พนักงานควบคุมเอกสาร (สาขาปทุมธานี ลาดหลุมแก้ว) - Visavakit Patana Corporation Limited

- รับและส่งข้อมูลเอกสาร ทั้งภายนอกและภายในองค์กร

- ทำการขึ้นทะเบียนเอกสาร

- จัดทำสำเนาเอกสารและกำหนดผู้ถือครองเอกสาร

- ควบคุม จัดเก็บ แจกจ่าย เรียกคืนและการทำลายเอกสารควบคุมทั้งภายในและภายนอก 

- สำเนาและสแกนเอกสาร MDR ของโครงการที่จบและดำเนินการจัดส่งลูกค้า

- จัดทำเอกสารภายในหน่วยงานและจัดเรียงเอกสารให้เป็นหมวดหมู่

ปฏิบัติงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา  08.00 - 17.00 น.

- เพศหญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี

- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไปในสาขา การจัดการ หรือในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี MSOFFICE

- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษ

- เป็นผู้ตามที่ดี ชอบในงานบริการ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
