Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee overall training programs, including both in-house training and external/public training programs, to ensure alignment with organizational development objectives.
2. Maintain, review, and update training records, competency assessment results, and annual competency evaluation reports to support employee development and compliance requirements.
3. Design and coordinate onboarding programs for new employees during their probationary period to ensure effective integration and understanding of company culture, policies, and expectations.
4. Prepare, submit, and follow up on required training reports and documentation with the Department of Skill Development in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Support and participate in HRD initiatives and organizational development activities, including Core Values implementation, Employee Engagement programs, Leadership Development, Continuous Improvement Projects, and other strategic HR initiatives.
6. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual HRD reports, including training effectiveness, development activities, and key performance indicators.
7. Manage and utilize E-Learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learning accessibility, tracking, and employee development effectiveness.
8. Demonstrate a Growth Mindset with strong energy, proactive working attitude, result-oriented mindset, and the ability to actively drive HRD initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Training & Development.
• Experience in obtaining DSD training certificationใ
• Knowledge of HRD tools and techniques, such as Competency Frameworks, Skill Matri, Succession Planning, Talent Management and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Strong ability to analyze training needs, develop plans, and create a structured Training Roadmap.
• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and content development.
