Finance Control Executive - Schunk Carbon Technology Co., Ltd

• Analyze monthly Profit & Loss performance, monitoring revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial presentations.
• Support management decision-making with data-driven financial analysis.
• Perform financial modeling and business case evaluations.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and product profitability.
• Monitor standard versus actual costs and conduct variance analysis for material, labor, and overhead.
• Support inventory valuation and cost closing activities.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, then monitor actual performance against these budgets.
• Prepare and maintain SAP CO controlling reports, and generate and analyze COPA profitability reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, Cost Control, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance
• Strong understanding of Profit & Loss Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Risk Analysis
• Experience with COPA
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel
• Good English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, a business-oriented mindset, and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail
