Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Export Control & Trade Compliance program, including policies, procedures, and internal controls, in alignment with holding company standards and requirements.
  • Perform product classification, determine export control requirements, and prepare essential compliance documentation.
  • Conduct screening of customers, partners, and transactions against global denied/restricted party lists and applicable trade restrictions.
  • Review, draft, and validate customer contracts, sales agreements, supply contracts, and international trade terms to ensure compliance with global Export Control and Trade requirements, including embargo-related clauses, end-use statements, diversion prevention, and compliance warranties.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure all international shipments and commercial activities meet compliance standards.
  • Monitor compliance documentation, training materials, internal audit records, and evidence required for internal or external reviews.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to employees and relevant business units.
  • Ensure adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Uphold ISO9001 quality system and 5S methodology.
  • Adhere to company core values and code of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Export Control, Trade Compliance, or international trade operations.
  • Strong knowledge of global export control principles, sanctions/embargo frameworks, and international trade compliance practices.
  • Demonstrated document review skills and the ability to interpret compliance-related contract terms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Professional communication proficiency in English.

Job Summary

In this Trade Compliance Officer role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Export Control and Trade Compliance program, including policies, procedures, and internal controls, in alignment with holding company standards.
