Responsibilities

  • Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share.
  • Manage all key customers and implement align with business strategy.
  • Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
  • Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control.
  • Cooperation among other functional team to implement integrated plan to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
  • Monitor and analysis business situation with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG focusing in Modern Trade/CVS: CJ Mart ,7-11
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken & written English
  • Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
  • Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target

Job Summary

In this Key Account Executive/Manager role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing channel development strategies to enhance business growth and gain market share. You will manage all key customers, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and develop strong commercial partnerships and business relationships with key accounts. Your responsibilities will also include developing and negotiating Trade Agreements, alongside managing budgetary control. You will cooperate with other functional teams to implement integrated plans that drive sales growth and market share. Furthermore, you will monitor and analyze business situations, providing recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage, and develop the competency of team members to build engagement for better team performance.
