Responsibilities
- Take authority for the purchase process from purchase order to payment.
- Follow up with suppliers to make sure quantity needed and timely received.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Take authority for coordinating product problems from customers, defective products, and returning products to suppliers.
- Act as a contact window for Suppliers, Logistics service providers to coordinate with internal departments.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Take authority for follow-up documents.
Qualifications
- Possess strong knowledge in INCOTERM, import process, shipping documents and negotiation skill
- Ability to communicate well in English both written and oral is a must
- Possess TOEIC score at least 600
- Experienced in SAP, Dynamics Navision or any other ERP software
- Experience 1-2 years in building material business is preferable
- Flexible in work hours
- Service minded
- Bachelor's degree in any field
