Responsibilities
1. รับผิดชอบยอดขายสินค้าในกลุ่ม Vinyl Flooring / Laminate / Engineering Wood ของบริษัท BFM ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
2. ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่เชิงรุก เช่น ผู้รับเหมา (Contractor), สถาปนิก (Architect), อินทีเรียดีไซเนอร์ (Interior Designer), และร้านค้าพื้นวัสดุก่อสร้าง
3. ดูแลและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเดิมอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างยอดขายซ้ำ (Repeat Order) และความร่วมมือระยะยาว
4. เข้าพบลูกค้าและหน้างานโครงการเพื่อแนะนำสินค้า ให้คำปรึกษา และเสนอ solution ที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละโปรเจกต์
5. วางแผนการขายร่วมกับทีม เพื่อผลักดันยอดขายในแต่ละพื้นที่/แต่ละกลุ่มลูกค้าให้เติบโตตามเป้าหมาย
6. ติดตามงานขายตั้งแต่การเสนอราคา (Quotation) การเจรจาเงื่อนไข ไปจนถึงการปิดการขาย และประสานงานส่งมอบสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
7. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายขาย การตลาด เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของโครงการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
8. วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และแนวโน้มสินค้าในกลุ่ม flooring เพื่อหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ ให้กับบริษัท
9. จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย และสรุปความเคลื่อนไหวของตลาด เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์
Qualifications
1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการขายพื้นไวนิล (Vinyl Flooring), พื้นลามิเนต (Laminate Flooring) หรือพื้นไม้เอ็นจิเนียร์ (Engineering Wood) อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป
3. สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระและบริหารงานด้วยตนเอง
4. ขยัน มีแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน และมุ่งมั่นที่จะทำยอดขายให้เกินเป้าหมาย
5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีความกระตือรือร้น มีวุฒิภาวะ และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมเติบโตไปกับบริษัทที่กำลังขยายตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว
5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
