Sales Engineer (European) - Frigel Asia Pacific Co., Ltd

• Technically support Sales, Agents, and Distributors in selecting and sizing equipment and systems to offer the best solutions for the application based on customer data.
• Prepare technical documentation to support Sales activities e.g. quotes, technical sheets, drawings, presentations, and proposals.
• Run simulations and perform cost-benefit analyses using company tools to identify and present the most effective solutions for customers.
• Arrange or participate in web or site meetings with Sales and customers to technically assist on the solutions and timeline of the projects.
• Prepare BOM and quotes for auxiliary equipment e.g. installation pipework and electrical material.
• Prepare spare parts lists for our products and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy to Thermodynamics Engineering. A master's is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient skills in technical calculations and familiarity with 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, are commonly used in systems design.
• Basic knowledge of basic IT tools e.g. e-mail, MS Office, and Google suites.
• Open to dialogue and comfortable engaging in conversation is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Thai nationality and European (preferably Italian).
• Strong Technical and Project management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
• Able to work in an international and complex environment.
• Available to travel worldwide.
• Based in Thailand.
