Responsibilities

Scope of Job
The Customer Support (Back Office) is responsible for supporting customer service operations by managing service orders, handling documentation, maintaining accurate records, and related data entry in the company management software. This role plays a key part in coordinating field activities (Preventive maintenance, start-ups, service tickets, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily customer service operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate customer orders, order processing, scheduling & tracking of field activities, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order & activities status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Attend meetings in order to ensure a smooth execution of the field activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in company systems
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports related to customer orders and service activities.
  • Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and service order management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or back-office operations.
  • Fresh graduates with strong coordination skills are welcome
  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, and general office administration in a multinational work environment will be a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent Command of English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
  • Proactive mindset and fast learner.
Location: TFD Industrial Estate, Bangpakong, Chachoengsao
