Responsibilities
- บริหารงานขาย และบริหารยอดขาย ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ทางบริษัทฯกำหนด
- บริหารสินค้าให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ควบคุมดูแลร้าน คุณภาพสินค้า และการบริการได้ตามมาตรฐาน
- กำหนดแผนงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆภายในร้านได้
- ให้คำแนะนำ สอนงาน และกำกับดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานร้านอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีวุฒิภาวะผู้นำ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความสามารถปกครองผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านค้าปลีก หรือด้านร้านอาหาร 3 ปีขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
