Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Perform basic seat design task under limited supervised based on decided cost & time to meet company and customer requirement by cooperation with related division such as TBJ, customer and Supplier
• Develop work plan to complete self-task given in period under limited supervised
• Constantly develop and participate in Kaizen activity
Responsibilities (Supervisor/AM)
• Responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement of engineering design operations within the automotive parts R&D department
• Ensure design process aligns with industry standards, customer requirement and organization objective
• Drive the implementation of lean methodologies, optimization and integration of best fit digital tools
Qualifications
Requirements
• Male,Female
• Age preferably 23 - 28 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Tool Design, Aero engineer or others related engineering field
• Communicates well in English. TOEIC 470
• Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Auto Cad, Catia
