Purchasing Officer (Planning) - Toyota Boshoku Asia Co.,Ltd

• Negotiate price and communicate with suppliers.
• Determine purchasing price of each product based on purchasing policy
• Support internal cost reduction activities in order to achieve cost target model
• Coordinate and execute activities and initiatives that align with company strategies.

Planning

• Coordinate and follow up with related divisions regarding supplier performance.
• Summarize and evaluate supplier performance on an annual basis.
• Collect and update supplier information annually.
• Conduct capacity confirmation surveys for each product and model.
• Survey and analyze the supply chain for each product and model.
• Follow up on supplier responses and verify the accuracy of supplier information.
• Coordinate with suppliers on risk management activities.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of purchasing prices in the SAP system.
• Summarize evaluation results and issue Red Card notices to suppliers when required.
• Develop team capabilities, identify training needs, and evaluate subordinate performance.
• Supervise employee discipline, company regulations, and labor relations within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Male or Female, Thai Nationality.
• Age not over 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in any field. 
• Good command MS Office. (Excel, Power Point)
• At least 0-5 years' experience in coordinate marketing from automotive or manufacturing.
• Good communication in English
