Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and coordinate product deliveries, including preparation of delivery documents.
- Support new model launch and preparation activities.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers on demand forecasts and production capacity planning to prevent shortages and minimize additional costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve packing standards and drive Kaizen activities.
- Identify and implement tools or process improvements to reduce errors and enhance work efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Support after-sales activities and customer requirements.
- Understand departmental Hoshin objectives and contribute to achieving department targets.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
• Male/Female, Age not over 28
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field
• Experience 0- 3 years
• Good command of writing and reading in English are required (Toeic score 600)
• Japanese skill would be advantage
• Computer literate and program (MS Office / Excel / Pivot / Macro)
