Responsibilities

  • จัดการเอกสารการจัดส่งสินค้า เช่น Invoice, Packing List และ Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • ดำเนินการบันทึกและจัดการธุรกรรมในระบบ SAP เช่น Purchase Order (PO), เจ้าหนี้การค้า (AP) และลูกหนี้การค้า (AR)
  • สนับสนุนทีมงานด้านการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนของฝ่ายบัญชี
  • ประสานงานกับตัวแทนออกของศุลกากร (Customs Broker) และผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้า (Forwarder) เกี่ยวกับเอกสารการส่งออก
  • ดำเนินการใช้สิทธิคูปองภาษีสำหรับการส่งออก พร้อมควบคุมและจัดเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • บันทึกและสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายด้านโลจิสติกส์
  • รวบรวมและติดตามเอกสารใบขนสินค้าขาออก สถานะ 0409
  • ปฏิบัติงานด้านธุรการและสนับสนุนทีมงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

    • เพศ หญิง
    • อายุ ไม่เกิน 35
    • มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับธุรการ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
    • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excelม, word
    • การศึกษาปริญญาตรี
    • อยู่ภายใต้สัญญาจ้างของ Sub-Contract ที่ให้บริการ Toyota Boshoku Asia
