Data Entry and ECODUCE System Support (Temporary Staff) - Toyota Boshoku Asia Co.,Ltd

1. Accurately and efficiently input data into the system while identifying opportunities to improve work processes.

2. Perform basic functions using the ECODUCE system, including:

• Receiving and verifying incoming data
• Submitting investigation requests
• Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) data
• Inputting drawing-related information

3. Support document preparation and other administrative tasks as assigned.

4. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.

ฺBachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (or related):

• Business Computer
• Information Technology (IT)
• Computer Science
• Industrial Management
• Other fields with a foundation in data or systems

Basic knowledge of data management: Formulas in Microsoft Excel
Good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and email writing.
