Responsibilities
- แยกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ของ Supplier และเอกสาร PDS
- จัดทำ/ดำเนินการ PDS และใบแจ้งหนี้สำหรับลูกค้า
- ช่วยบันทึกรายการธุรกรรมเข้าสู่ระบบ SAP
- ส่งใบแจ้งหนี้โดยบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบของลูกค้า (SCP System)
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้ลูกค้า และจัดส่งเอกสารพร้อม PDS ให้ลูกค้าภายในกำหนดเวลา (Cut-off Date)
- ติดตามใบเรียกเก็บเงินจาก Supplier ที่ส่งมายังบริษัท
- ติดตามรายการที่ยังไม่ได้วางบิล / PDS ที่ค้างอยู่ และดำเนินการติดตาม
- จัดทำสรุปรายงานรายการที่ยังไม่ได้วางบิลประจำเดือน
- ช่วยทีมแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการวางบิล
- ดำเนินงานด้านธุรการ เช่น การจัดเก็บเอกสาร
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Audit)
- สนับสนุนและดำเนินการตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 18–30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปวช., ปวส., ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น MS Office, Excel
