New Product Development Supervisor - Toyota Boshoku Asia Co.,Ltd

Lead and drive new product development activities from market opportunity identification, concept creation, feasibility assessment, and customer proposal through prototype development, validation, and product realization.

Plan, prioritize, and supervise product development projects to ensure alignment with customer requirements, business objectives, quality targets, cost competitiveness, manufacturability, and development schedules.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, Prototype, Evaluation, Purchasing, Manufacturing, suppliers, TB Group companies, and overseas affiliates to support successful product development and technical cooperation.

Lead product evaluation, testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities, including technical issue resolution, cost optimization, value engineering, and promotion of innovation and new technology development.

Manage and develop team performance through resource allocation, risk management, project monitoring, coaching, technical guidance, competency development, and performance evaluation of subordinates.
