Responsibilities
- Support the GM in planning and executing product and technology development activities in alignment with company policies and business objectives.
- Conduct and analyze market, customer, environmental, and technology research across Asia to identify trends, needs, opportunities, and development directions.
- Translate research findings into development plans and coordinate new product and technology development projects with relevant R&D functions and business divisions.
- Monitor development progress, evaluate outcomes, and collect customer feedback to ensure products and technologies meet customer expectations and business requirements.
- Strengthen local R&D capabilities through collaboration, knowledge sharing, technical research, exhibitions, seminars, and technology trend monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of engineering every filed.
- Experience at least 4 years in
- Experience at least 0 - 3 years in Engineering/ Product planning, Marketing research, Business analysis or related fields
- Able communication in English. TOEIC score up to 470.
- Able to use Microsoft office, Excel, CATIA V5.
