Support product and technology planning activities by preparing research reports, presentations, benchmark studies, and providing relevant insights and research information.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and market information through exhibitions, surveys, interviews, customer visits, and other research activities to support product development opportunities.

Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations and support prototype evaluation, product assessment, and customer proposal activities related to product and technology development.

Monitor emerging technologies, innovation trends, and future mobility developments, while maintaining research databases, benchmark information, knowledge records, and preparing periodic progress and activity reports.
