• Plan, prepare, and control manufacturing processes, including process design, equipment investment planning, layouts, flowcharts, and production capability studies to ensure efficient and feasible production.
• Prepare and manage process, equipment, and machine documentation, including specifications, technical documents, and process-related records required for production implementation.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, delivery, inspection, and machine audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with production requirements.
• Conduct production trials, evaluate equipment and process performance, analyze and solve production issues, and support process handover activities to achieve quality, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation development, new technology implementation, Kaizen activities, and reporting of process performance and improvement results.

• Male, Thai Nationality.

• Age 22-27 years old.

• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Material Engineer or related field.

• 0–2 years' experience in the production field

• TOEIC score at least 600
