Responsibilities
1. Asset & Portfolio Management
- Develop and manage overall investment portfolio strategy and asset allocation
- Analyze performance across real estate, hospitality, and business assets
- Monitor ROI, IRR, cash flow, and portfolio risk profile
- Build and maintain a comprehensive asset database and reporting system
2. Private Equity & Direct Investment (Critical Must-Have)
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities (Private Equity, JV, Direct Deals)
- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation processes
- Structure deals and negotiate investment terms
- Monitor post-investment performance and value creation
3. Capital & Financing Strategy
- Design optimal capital structure (debt & equity) for projects
- Lead fundraising, refinancing, and financial restructuring initiatives
- Manage cost of capital and funding strategies for business expansion
4. Passive Investment & Wealth Management
- Oversee investments in ETF, mutual funds, bonds, and global funds
- Design long-term passive investment portfolio aligned with family objectives
- Manage market, currency, and liquidity risks
5. Tax, Estate & Succession Planning
- Develop tax-efficient structures and wealth preservation strategies
- Design estate planning, trust structures, and asset holding frameworks
- Establish succession planning and family governance systems
6. Strategic Advisory & Governance
- Act as strategic advisor to CEO on investment and capital decisions
- Conduct scenario planning (best/base/worst case)
- Prepare investment reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Support investment committee and governance framework
7. Family Office & Lifestyle Management
- Oversee family financial matters, lifestyle budgeting, and asset utilization
- Coordinate with external advisors (banks, legal, insurance, consultants)
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of UHNW assets
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, MBA, or related fields
- Experience (Non-Negotiable)
10–15 years of experience in one or more areas:
- Private Equity / Direct Investment
- Family Office / Wealth Management
- Asset Management
- Real Estate or Hospitality Investment
Proven experience in:
- Deal structuring and execution
- Due diligence and financial modeling
- Managing investment portfolios for business owners or UHNW clients
Language
- Thai: Fluent
- English: Business / Executive level
