Assistant Procurement Manager - Bankrongthong Co., Ltd.

• Coordinate material purchasing for furniture manufacturing, factory operations, and on-site construction work.
• Serve as Procurement Project Lead for real estate, residential, hotel, and interior-related projects.
• Prepare, update, and control the procurement schedule to ensure timely material readiness.
• Compile material requirement lists (MRL) and validate quantities against BOQ and project specifications.
• Work with Estimation teams to verify material quantities, surface areas, and component requirements used for cost planning.
• Collaborate with Construction Design teams to prepare, review, and finalize drawings, including For Construction (FC) and As-Built documentation.

• Select local and Chinese suppliers based on structured criteria—cost, quality, performance, service, and compliance.
• Prepare tender packages and bidding documents for both domestic and Greater China procurement.
• Evaluate supplier quotations (pricing, quantity, specifications compliance) and lead commercial negotiations.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues related to specifications, performance, delivery, or pricing.
• Conduct supplier meetings and site visits when necessary to assess capability, cost, and timeline commitments.
• Adjust procurement strategies in response to market shifts, supply risks, or economic conditions.

• Manage procurement activities within Greater China, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Review and validate offers from Chinese and local suppliers to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical parameters.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project procurement within Main Contractor, Real Estate, or Hotel industry.
• Extensive experience in procurement/sourcing within China or APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, BOQ, engineering systems, interior and architectural materials, and furniture production materials.
• Proven capability in supplier negotiation, conflict resolution, and formal tender management.
• Fluent in English and/or Mandarin (written and verbal). Have an advantage
• Able to travel for supplier visits and work extended hours when required.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
