Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities related to new products to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage product design and process changes by reviewing examination drawings in advance.
- Analyze process irregularities and establish corrective policies to resolve issues effectively.
- Provide guidance to suppliers to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives through active participation.
- Support productivity enhancement projects through active involvement.
- Contribute to cost reduction activities through active participation.
- Standardize production engineering duties by defining methods, procedures, and judgment criteria to ensure practical work execution.
- Handle other assignments as directed by superiors.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Promote workplace safety and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or a related field.
- GPA above 2.50.
- Ability to solve problems in production processes effectively.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external departments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with people from various cultural backgrounds.
- Attention to detail, highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn new things.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What you will do
